JML Cases supplies instruments and protective cases to customers worldwide.

Because our products are large, protective equipment, shipping methods differ from standard parcel shipments. Please review the shipping options below carefully before placing an order.

Standard International Shipping (Default Method)

By default, all international orders are shipped via sea freight or land transport depending on destination.

Estimated delivery time:

25–35 days, calculated from the date the order is successfully confirmed and prepared for shipment.

This is the most stable and cost-efficient shipping method and is the option we recommend for most customers.

Custom Orders

For customized products — including special colors, hardware configurations, or specific accessory arrangements — additional production time is required.

Estimated delivery time:

40–60 days, depending on the complexity of the customization.

Production time is included in the total delivery estimate.

Holiday Delays

Shipping schedules may be affected by major public holidays in mainland China, including:

1. National Day Holiday (around October 1st)
2. Year-end and Lunar New Year holiday period

During these periods, factories, warehouses, customs offices, and logistics carriers may temporarily suspend or slow operations. Delivery timelines will be extended accordingly.

Express Shipping (Singapore Transit + FedEx)

We can also offer an expedited shipping option:

China → Singapore transit → FedEx international courier

This method significantly reduces transit time; however, it is generally not recommended because international courier charges for oversized protective cases are extremely high.

1. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs inspections, weather, or international logistics conditions.
2. Transit time begins after order confirmation and preparation, not at the moment of payment if product confirmation is pending.
3. JML Cases will always provide shipment updates when available.
